We have buttoned up our 2025 season. What a great season it was!

From our cherished returning guests to all our many lottery guests, the campers, hikers, and all the day-use folks, we could not have done it without everyone.
Our office hours are intermittent during the winter season, and we have a limited staff. Outdoor projects are our mission; shoveling snow takes priority over all!
Please give us some time to answer your questions via email or voicemail. We will respond as soon as possible in the order in which we received them.

Important notes:

The lottery is cleared on December 30th.

You must join annually on or after January 1st.
Booking a Cabin:
We do not offer online booking.
All available cabin reservations are made through the lottery. If selected, we will contact you directly when an opening or cancellation becomes available.
We also post last-minute openings (with cabin type and dates) on our online availability chart. These openings are first-come, first-served.
Returning Guests? Yes

60% of our lodging reservations are rebooked by guests at check-out.

40% are filled through the lottery as one-time reservations.

All open reservations and cancellations are filled from lottery submissions in the spring.
Pet Policy: Must be leashed at all times:

Yes, on our water taxis
No, Pets are not permitted in the resort lodging cabins.
Camping on Ross Lake:
Backcountry Camping Permits are required
Permit information:
Equipment Rentals (Boats, Canoes, Kayaks, SUP’s):
Equipment is available for overnight camping.

Note: Rentals are charged at a daily rate, not a 24-hour rate.
